Seaweed Queen Art is the studio practice of Susan Brady, an independent artist based in Richmond, California. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used. You can reach me any time at seaweedqueenart@gmail.com.

This site is currently a single landing page. It does not sell anything, does not process payments, and does not have user accounts.

What I collect

If you join my mailing list, I collect your first name, last name, and email address — only what you type into the form.

Automatically, my website platform (Squarespace) collects limited technical information about visits, such as browser and device type and which pages were viewed.

That is everything. There is nothing else to collect on this site.

How I use it

I use your name and email address to send occasional notes from the studio — new work, upcoming shows, and studio news. That is the only thing I use it for.

I do not sell your information. I do not share your email address with anyone for their marketing. I do not send your information to advertisers.

The only companies that touch your information are the services that make this site work: Squarespace, which hosts the site, receives form submissions, and stores my mailing list. They may only use it to provide those services to me.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email I send, or simply email me at seaweedqueenart@gmail.com and I will remove you.

You may also ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I will take care of it.

California residents

I do not sell personal information, and I do not disclose it to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information I hold by emailing me at seaweedqueenart@gmail.com.

This site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

I will update this policy when the full site launches later this year, which will add online sales. When that happens, the effective date above will change. Questions in the meantime can go to seaweedqueenart@gmail.com.
